“When the LORD restored the fortunes of Zion, we were like those who dreamed… The LORD has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.” – Psalm 126:1-3
This past weekend marked a deeply emotional and triumphant moment in the journey of The Oint Country Homes. Standing among friends, partners, clients, and believers, we unveiled our completed show houses and officially broke ground for Phase Two. It was more than just a construction milestone—it was the visible manifestation of God’s word fulfilled, a dream birthed in faith, and carried by grace.
A Vision Rooted in Faith
The Oint—short for “Anointed”—began as a prophetic word in 2019, spoken during a prayer meeting by Rev. Jane. At the time, life felt uncertain, yet that word planted a seed I chose to believe and nurture. The vision of building a gated community anchored in divine purpose became a silent prayer, pinned as a reminder on my laptop screen.
In 2023, God used an unlikely vessel—my daughter Channah—to awaken that vision. With no prior knowledge of the prophecy, she felt prompted to ask why I hadn’t begun building yet. That was my confirmation. Today, Channah is not just my daughter, but also a co-director and accountability partner in this God-given assignment.
We launched The Oint Country Homes in December 2023, and by June 2024, we stood on bare ground filled with hope. Now, just a year later, we are celebrating completed show houses and the beginning of our next phase. It’s nothing short of miraculous.
When You Move, God Moves

This journey has reaffirmed a powerful truth: when we step out in faith, God provides. He aligns people, resources, timing, and opportunity. From architects to painters, clients to contractors, every person on this project has been divinely connected and crucial.
Special thanks to:
- Our spiritual pillars—pastors and prayer warriors.
- Jeremy Damaris, our vibrant brand ambassador and proud homeowner.
- Our team of professionals—architect Gadson, Engineer Wilfred, QS Sam, and Isabel our interior designer.
- Skilled craftsmen like Jeremiah, Alex, Justus, Meja & Charles, Peter, Mbugua—and so many more.
- Clients across the globe—Julius & Flora (California), Monica (Boston), John & Ann (Wisconsin), Samuel (UK), and Anna Wanjiku (Seattle)—you believed in the vision early and helped bring it to life.
The Oint Promise

My prayer is that The Oint Country Homes will always remain true to its name—anointed. May it be a sanctuary of peace, elegance, and God’s presence. A place where families thrive, hearts heal, and lives flourish.
As we prepare to expand into The Oint Residences in New Kitisuru, I’m reminded that God’s plans are always greater than our imagination. And as Amara Realty, our commitment remains unwavering: to walk with our clients every step of the way—from vision to completion—with integrity, excellence, and peace of mind.
Thank you for walking this journey with us.
Whether you’re looking for a home, a sanctuary, or a community with purpose, we warmly invite you to make The Oint your forever home.
To God be all the glory.
